It's been a while since I've done a picture quite like this one. I've been saying that a lot while working on it, but I mean it. I miss making drawings that give me the chance to make colorful while also adding those heavy shadows I enjoy so much. I miss drawing Chrysalis. I miss doing a picture that depicts something risky, or kind of rebellious. It was a lot of fun doing it, from beginning to end.

I also really miss drawing new OCs with colorful manes and detailed outfits. It was fun. I was missing working on this drawing the moment I saved the version to upload in here. I think my enthusiasm must have gotten to me, and I hope it shows in the final product.
