This one was originally sketched all the way back in 2014, during one of my streams. It was put behind on my queue because both my life and :iconwilizin:'s got so busy we were unable to sit down and work on it. But recently, with more time in our respective schedules, I managed to sit down and finish the whole thing in a couple of days. I feel particularly happy about the end result, but now I'm curious about how the drawing would've looked in my art style from 3 years ago. Sadly I don't know how to draw like that anymore. Maybe I should be happy about this statement.

Have a small blurb of the fanfic this is based on:

"Wha-... What's the matter M-Mage? hic Can't handle a single pint, ya lightweight?"

"hic Na- nu- uh, no. I can... drink it just bline... fine."

"Are you drunker than m-me and you've barely taken a sip!? You Humans are all lightweights."

"...Oh, me an-ses-ses-sesters 'er a lookin' down in shame at this Irish lad."

Taking a break from being on the run from the law, Bracer and Mage find a moment of respite in a sleasy dive home to cuthroats and sellswords. After some lighthearted ribbing, Bracer decided to take Mage on his honor as a supposed 'Full Blooded Irishman" and challenged him to a drinking compitition. Sadly it was over before the first mug was finished as while the Mage could talk the talk, his fortitude against spirits of the alchoholic kind were weaker than a sheet of paper in a hailstorm. Needless to say, Bracer was a few bits richer, at least till she spent it on more booze.
