Commission for 
Fifth commission involving ponies and their superhero/super-villain alter-egos. This time we have Doctor Octavia Phillarmonica from the comic Sonata du Octave, and as you can see she has no need for an orchestra. Her mechanical arms do the job just fine.
"My once supple limbs would never play the cello again. My musical career was over. My life was over."
Canterlot’s musical constellation has lost a bright and shining star, but it may lose much more. To what lengths will a desperate Octavia go in order to regain what was once hers?
Needless to say, I had a lot of fun drawing this one, despite the amount of detail I cornered myself into. In trying to make the mechanical arms look cool I ended up making them needlessly complicated. I hope you guys enjoy it though, I love drawing mechanical stuff and anything involving robotized artifacts.
