He is keeping it up with the Fallout ponies theme going on here. This is the first one I draw that's not an actual pony from the show but an OC, and it's not a normal OC even!

This is Time Bomb, an OC created by Jay van Esbroek, and she is part of a species of ponies that comes from Tartarus. She loves explosions, and so she is dressed as a Powder Ganger, as she throws bombs all over the place, with explosions. Very important the explosions. Don't forget the explosions.

I am talking about comissions themed on Fallout. I have only drawn Ponies in Fallout that are canon ponies, not OCs. This is the first OC Fallout Pony I draw.
