So there is a show out there starring Betty White titled "Hot in Cleveland". I live in Spain, and never watch TV, so I had no idea of the existence of this show, and apparently they are making an episode called "Cleveland Fantasy-con", as Equestria Daily announced. You can read the post here [link] and the subsequent mild freakout in the comments below it.
I did watch the preview clip, and here are my thoughts: One, I am so happy to see that Betty White is still making television shows; two, I honestly think that pony design is much better than many OC's we have seen, at least it keeps a consitent color palette; three, the guy in the clip pretty much nails what a brony is, though not everybody dresses in costume (I don't, though I'd like to); four, the guy seems fairly lean, has no neckbeard, and doesn't seem to fit the stereotype posted a year ago by College Humor. In my opinion, I think the episode is going to be these two stuck in an elevator for hours, and the whole pony thing is going to be just a throw away joke. So, yeah, nothing to freak out about guys.
Oh yes, and I made a super quick drawing of the pony the guy is dressing up as. Prince Silversaddle, the Strongest pony in all of Equestria. I have nothing against OC's, but this guy is asking for a beating from the majority of the Brony comunity for dressing up as his OC. Not from me though, I think it looks pretty cool. He has a cowboy hat, what's not to like about that?
Art by James Corck. Prince Silversaddle created by whoever wrote "Hot in Cleveland"
I bet this OC was invented because they couldn't use a copyrighted character for the show. Calling him the "strongest pony in Equestria" is asking to be teased, though. I'm hoping this eventually gets a nod somehow in the actual show.
Because Q can make an alter universe and mix things up a bit. What else do you think he did well he was not pestering Janeway or good ol Pickard? Causing chaos thats what!... And being a stone.
Very nice. To me though it looks like someone over at tv land got ahold of 's pony maker and played around with it. The funniest part was when the girl asked if equestria was a Star Trek thing. She actually is part right though.... Discord is played by John de Lancie, who in turn played Q in Star Trek... So... I guess she's part right...?

I really like the design though. Anything with the spanish flag on it tickles my artistic side.
It could've been a train wreck, but I think they portrayed us very possitively.
