I want to put this right on the first line of the description. I am not a fan of Doctor Who, BUT, I want to check out the series. I think it has all the elements of a TV show I'd get hooked into, and I watched the first episode of the Christopher Eccleston series, which I really enjoyed, so I think I should find a way to watch them. Even if I can just watch two or three. Recomendations are welcome guys
So I couldn't sleep, and I blame this picture for it. I've been watching the fan made radio series "Doctor Whooves and Assistant" and "Doctor Whooves Adventures" lately, and they are both really good. I personally preffer "Doctor Whooves Adventures" mostly because Twilight is in it, and I love me some adorkable bookish purple unicorn. Who doesn't? So I decided to throw in The Doctor from "Doctor Whooves and Assistant" and Twilight together, which is pretty much how the series is now, in the middle of a cliffhanger. I tried doing this as fast as humanly possible for me, but I wasn't fast enough. It took me like one hour and ten minutes, when I was trying to get it done in under thirty minutes.
Oh well, next time I have to try harder.
You can check of the Fan Made Radio series down here.

Art by James Corck Twilight Sparkle comes from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Doctor Who and The Doctor belong to the BBC.
I like to use desaturated colors when doing this type of drawings, it allows me to go for a harder gray scale while giving a hint of color in the process.
However, it might look that dark because of my monitor. It looks fine on mine, but on other people's (like my friend's) it looks rather dark. I might have to correct it.
If you're looking to get into the show, I'd say start with the 2006 reboot of the series (with Christopher Eccleston) and work on catching up from there (the classic series has a special place in my heart, but the 2006 reboot is probably an easier place to start if you're just discovering the show now). If you're looking for a few episodes that highlight the general awesomeness of the series, "Blink" and the "Silence in the Library" / "Forest of the Dead" two-parter are personal favorites.

I'll note down those three as well. I seriously want to get into it now.
