This is a ponified version of Field Marshal Horatio Herbert Kitchener more exactly on those iconic propaganda posters from World War I where he encouraged the British to fight for their country. I've seen a few ponified versions of this poster around, but all the ones I've seen pick a character from the show to put in place of Kitchener, instead of making a pony version of Kitchener himself.

So I went ahead and made my own pony Kitchener. I was surprised to find out how small Kitchener is in the poster compared to all the empty space that surrounds him. I guess it was done for the purpose of bringing his face to be the focus. Also, I can't unsee how it looks like he's rubbing his mustache with his hoof. And now that I said it I'm sure some of you can't unsee it either, sorry!
