Doing pictures with Pinkie Pie in them is always fun. I think her element of laughter seeps through the paper and into myself. I can't make a drawing of her without smiling all the time. I like this idea a lot as well. One would expect Pinkie Pie to be dressed as a can-can girl, you know, like in "Over a Barrell", but that would be going for the easy option. Easy is not fun. Easy is boring. That's why we both Fernin and I decided to put her behind a counter, pouring drinks and cheering everyone up with jokes and anecdotes. We changed her hair style to look more like the hair of an old timey bar tender, and I added a bow tie and an apron that were not in the original sketch.
I think this one turned out fairly well, don't you think? Considering the mental break down state I've been in the past few days.
